Libraries as 3RD4ALL – lecture at Berlin Documentation Center

Documentation Center for Displacement, Expulsion, Reconciliation (of foundation SFVV) in Berlin organizes an evening event about the library as a third place. The lecture of includi’s creative director Aat Vos will focus on the theoretical background, on the process of developing the design together with operators of libraries (just like SFVV experienced), and on striking examples of successful, inclusive libraries. 8. Bibliothekskongress Leipzig 2022

The 8th German Library Congress will take place from Tuesday, 31 May 2022, to Thursday, 2 June 2022, at the Congress Center Leipzig. Under this year’s motto “#CreatingFreeSpaces” the Congress invites participants to join the discussions on both current and future challenges and issues facing the library and information sector. Aat Vos, includi’s creative director, will join the group discussion “Clever & Smart” about the so-called fourth place, the library as multimedia information space.

Liber Architecture Group Seminar 2022

From April 27 to April 29, the Luxembourg Learning Center of the University of Luxembourg will host the Liber Architecture Group seminar in Belval, Luxembourg. The refurbished former industrial site is located in the city of Esch-sur-Alzette – the European Capital of Culture 2022. Our creative director Aat Vos will give a presentation about “How to Create a Relevant Public Space” during the session on “Designing user-focused spaces”.
